Rates

You book and reserve the whole property, no other paying guest will be on the property during your stay. We can entertain requests for booking up to 6 persons maximum in three rooms, if your party is only two, you will have one room and the rest of the property available to you. The rates are given below , for stays longer than 30 days a special rate can be given please contact us directly

The best rate for the property is available when booked through our site. 

Two rates are offered, the best possible rate (Rate 1)  and the other with ability to pay the balance in cash at the property (Rate 2).

If your choice is Rate 1,  the total payment must be made or if Rate 2 is chosen 30% of Rate 2  must be made as an advance payment by the guest to confirm the booking,  otherwise the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Alternately "The Oriole" can be booked via AirBnB or Booking.com (minimum stay period 3 days)

How to Book

1) Check availability via contact form

2) Once availability is confirmed Make appropriate payment (30% or full as appropriate), via PayPal and confirm payment

3) Booking confirmation will be sent to the guest email address given within one working day

Sorry, we do not accept Diners or AMEX, cheque or postal order.

Guest Refund Policy

1) Cancellation Request made before 30 days of Arrival - Full refund 

2) Cancellation Request made before 14 days of Arrival - 70% refund
